The Fleet and Refuse Building mechanical and plumbing scope included the complete installation and integration of HVAC, hydronic heating, ventilation, exhaust, and plumbing systems designed to support heavy-duty municipal fleet operations. Work encompassed air handling units, boilers, pumps, ductwork, vehicle exhaust removal systems, make-up air systems, controls integration, and specialized ventilation strategies for service bays and operational spaces. Plumbing systems included domestic water, sanitary waste and vent piping, compressed air distribution, sump systems, water heating equipment, and coordination for fleet wash operations and trench drainage systems. Advanced controls, monitoring, and building automation systems were incorporated to optimize system performance, occupant comfort, and operational efficiency throughout the facility. The project was completed with full startup, testing and balancing, commissioning, owner training, and delivery of complete operation and maintenance documentation to ensure long-term system reliability and performance.
